Hi! I’m Caroline, a healing life coach and meditation teacher. I work with clients to tap into their creativity so they can live a life of power, presence, and purpose.

I've been where you are. Staring at the cursor, wondering if my words would ever matter to anyone. Refresh-checking my email for responses that felt like they determined my worth. Feeling like I had to choose between being a "real writer" and taking care of my mental health.
After 20 years of writing and studying the intersection of creativity and wellness, I discovered something important: the strongest writers are the ones who've learned to tend their creative spirit with the same care they give their craft, not those who suffer the most.Â
That's why I created the Twistwood Center. Because writers deserve more than just "tough it out" advice. We deserve tools, community, and practices that honor both our creativity and our humanity.
